Berrien Springs District Competition
This weekend, Team Lance-A-Bot participated in the Berrien Springs robotics competition. This was Berrien Springs’s first time hosting a competition, and they did a very good job hosting it! The team hopes that they continue to host in the future, the team had a very good time there.
Team Lance-A-Bot got their first-ever blue banner in school history! Our drive team Owen Doms, Logan Bellinger, Riley Dutton, and Cole Miller did an amazing job driving and bringing our team to first place! After the qualification matches, we were in rank 3 of the 34 teams, and we were the captain of Alliance 2. Our Alliance was team #602, the Dragons, and team #201, the FEDS. All the teams did an amazing job throughout the whole competition.
We were also awarded the Spirit Award for our awesome motivation to the team from the stands! The rest of the team did an awesome job cheering on our team and Alliance 2. We hope to keep getting this award for the years to come! Thank you Berrien Springs for an awesome competition!
