Kyle VanderWeide: Co-Team Captain
By being on the team Kyle has learned skills involving eletrical, leadership and communication. Kyle plans to attend an engineering college and go into Mechancial Enginneering.
Drew Craven: Co-Team Captain
Drew has learned many things throughout his 4 years on the team. From learning how to use Solidworks to leadership. He plans to return to work this summer at Griffin Tool for his second summer, in the design offices. Then in the fall, he plans to attend GVSU through Honors College to study Interdisciplinary Engineering/Robotics emphasis. He would also like to continue in FIRST by mentoring a team.
From being on the team Shepherd has improved his skills in Solidworks, his teamwork and has made new friends. He plans to go into Nuclear Engineering.
Michael Grier: Build Lead
As build team leader and a 4 year Robotics member, Michael has developed skills in build and problem solving. After high school, Michael plans to get a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Bradley Hoose: Electrical Lead
In 4 years on the robotics team, Bradley has learned many skills, including experience with electrical, programming, teamwork, and build teams. Bradley plans to attend MSU in the fall to major in electrical engineering.
After many years of being apart of the robotics team, Conner has learned skills that help him in his day to day life. He has expanded his knowledge of computers on the programming team, increased his social skills on the marketing team, and learned many new skills on the design team. Conner plans to attend Grand Valley State University in the fall for a major in hospitality and event managment.
